Add photos and videos to a rental

Each rental has a media library shared by all its units: photos of the home, viewing videos, floor plans, surveys, etc. You upload your files once, then choose which ones to show for each unit (see the article Link photos and videos to a unit).

To open it, open your rental, then click Rentals > Media in the left menu.

At the top of the Media page, click the file picker, choose one or several files and confirm the upload. For a rental, there is no construction step to fill in.

Each file is limited to 10 MB, and all the rental's media must fit in your plan's storage: a gauge at the top of the Media page shows the space used and left (see Plans). Uploading is reserved for the owner of the rental and people with editing rights.

Media items are shown as thumbnails, from newest to oldest. You can filter them by type (photos, videos, audio, PDF, documents), sort them by date and search them by title.

Click a thumbnail to open the detail panel: large preview, video or audio playback, date, description, who uploaded it and a Download button.

If you have administration rights on the project, open the ⚙ menu of a thumbnail and choose Edit: you can change the title, description and date of the media item.

For a video, you can also add subtitles in WEBVTT format, for example:

The subtitles are immediately available in the video player.

• A single item: Download button of the detail panel or of the thumbnail's ⚙ menu.
• Several items: tick the thumbnails you want, then use the bulk download: you get a ZIP archive (photos and documents).

Downloaded photos carry a banner with your company name and logo, which protects your visuals when they are shared.

Files in the media library are only accessible to signed-in users who are part of the project. They cannot be opened from outside with a simple link. Only the media you explicitly link to a unit are meant for its listings.
