Link photos and videos to a unit

The photos and videos of a unit are chosen from the rental's media (see Add photos and videos to a rental). You can therefore reuse the same photo (front, common areas...) for several units, and show for each home only what concerns it.

The cover photo is the first photo shown on the unit's listing.

1. Open your rental, then Rentals > Units.
2. Click the name of the unit or the eye icon.
3. The Unit photos and videos section is collapsed by default: click its title to open it. The counter next to the title shows how many media items are already linked.

Once open, the section shows a preview of the linked media, cover first.

Click Choose from the project media. All the rental's media are displayed:

• click a thumbnail to select or deselect it (selected items are outlined);
• filter the display with All, Photos, Videos or Selected;
• search a media item by its title;
• use Select all (items shown by the filter) or Deselect all.

The “n / total selected” counter and the preview update with every click.

Click the star of a photo to make it the unit's cover (a second click cancels it). You can also choose it in the Unit cover photo list.

If you don't choose, the first selected photo is used as the cover. A photo chosen as cover is automatically added to the selection.

Click Save media. A message confirms the save and the section stays open so you can check the preview.

To remove a media item from the unit, deselect it and save: it remains available in the rental's media library.
