Publish the unit and organise viewings

A published unit appears in the property search and has a public page (photos, floor plan, services, rent, available places).

• When creating the unit: leave the Publish in the directory box ticked.
• In the list of units: click the globe icon in the Actions column, then confirm.
• On the unit page: turn on the Publish in the directory switch in the Technical details block.

To withdraw the listing, turn publication off the same way.

A published unit remains visible as long as it has at least one free place: a partly occupied flatshare keeps appearing, with the number of available places. A full unit automatically disappears from the results.

1. On the unit page, Technical details block, click Set up viewings.
2. In Viewing settings, set the duration of a slot (in minutes) and the maximum number of people per slot.
3. In Weekly slots, add your availability (day and time) with Add the slot.

These slots are offered to visitors on the public property page, with the Book a viewing button.

Upcoming bookings are shown on the unit's viewings page and you are notified of them. You can cancel a booking if needed; the slot then becomes available again.

With the Premium plan, the listing can offer a virtual tour: a 360° tab with one 360° photo per room, passages between rooms and information points. See 360° virtual tour of the rooms.

To gain visibility, the paid promotion option places your listing in the “Featured” section and at the top of results. See Promote your listing.
