Construction project or rental
A project (construction) is followed by stages and sub-stages; a rental (property management) by units and tenants. The same project can be both (“Project + rental”). Open it from My projects (see Quickly access your projects). The project menu gives access to the sections below.
The Gantt chart
The Gantt section shows project progress as a diagram: for each task, its name, start and end dates, progress in % and dependency (“blocked by” another task, which cannot finish after it). Click a task to edit it.
Finances: quotes and operations
- Quotes: title, creation and expiry dates, stage and sub-stage concerned, number of lines and status (validated, paid). Create one with New quote, delete it from the list.
- Operations: the project's financial operations: designation, price × quantity, date, stage and sub-stage, type and comment. Filter by type, sort by column, add or edit an operation with the form (target stage, designation, type, amount, quantity, date and time).
Media by stage
Site photos, videos and documents are filed by stage and sub-stage (a rental has no stage): see Add photos and videos.
Messages
The Messages section is the project team's conversation, with a search by day or message and a search inside the open conversation.
Architecture
The Architecture section describes the project's buildings and units (see Create a rental and Create a unit).
Dashboard and notifications
The project dashboard summarises progress; notifications flag project events (see also Day-to-day monitoring for the rental side).
