What is the tenant space?
As soon as your email address is the one of a tenant recorded by a landlord, your rentals appear in I am a tenant (top-bar menu and console general menu, which also gathers your email alerts and tenant file), whatever the landlord or project. The link is made through your email address: create your account with the one your landlord entered (see Create your account).
Your leases
Each lease shows the home and its address, the rental type, the period, rent, charges, the payment deadline, the flatshare if any and your landlord's contact details. Current leases come first, then ended ones.
Rent, balance and next due date
For each month: amount due, amount paid, deadline and status (Paid, Partial, Late, Upcoming). A banner flags the balance to pay and the next due date.

Your history, your score
Your payments and their punctuality feed your rental reliability score, which helps you apply for your next home with your tenant file.

Contact your landlord with the details shown. If an amount or payment date looks wrong, tell them: they record the payments.
