Where to find the profile
Open your account menu (top right of the console), then Profile. The page is organised in tabs: Information, Civil status and tax, Photo, Signature, Security, Document branding (Premium) and OAuth application.
Information
Your name, phone (required) and social network links. They appear on your documents (contracts, invoices, reminders). Your email is your login and cannot be changed here.
Redirection address: an address reserved for your account, read-only, that receives your booking platforms' invoices. If it does not exist yet, Create my address generates it. How to use it is explained in Receive platform invoices by email.

Civil status and tax notices
Requested by the accountant for your furnished-rental balance sheet: birth name, first names, date and place of birth, nationality, marital status and social security number. The number is stored encrypted and never shown in full. You can also upload your tax notice, one version per year (a new upload for the same year replaces the previous one). This information feeds the accounting file of the accounting report.
Photo and signature
The photo appears in the menu and on your profile. The signature is applied to your contracts and documents: draw it on screen (finger, stylus or mouse) or import an image of your signature, ideally on a white background.
Security
Password change and two-factor authentication: see Two-factor authentication (MFA).
Document branding (Premium)
With the Premium plan you replace the platform's branding on your documents (contracts, invoices, reminders, accounting reports) with yours: name, site and logo. Hide branding removes the platform mention; the logo then stays as a watermark.
OAuth application
To connect a tool to your account through the API, create an OAuth application here (revocable identifier and secret): see API — Authentication and OAuth2 tokens.
