Customize your documents: logo, name and website (Premium branding)

By default, documents generated by Smartlife Properties (leases, receipts, reminders…) carry the name, website and logo of the platform. With the Premium plan (see the plans), you replace them with your own identity: the name of your agency or business, your website and your logo. Your tenants and providers receive documents in your image.

Open your account menu, then Profile and the Document branding tab (see also the profile article). Without a Premium plan, the tab shows a lock and a link to the plans; your settings become available as soon as you switch to Premium.

• Displayed name: the name of your agency or business, 60 characters maximum.
• Website: your website address, which must start with http:// or https:// (200 characters maximum). It is shown without the protocol, for example www.my-agency.com.
• Logo: a PNG, JPEG or WebP image of 1 MB maximum, preferably horizontal with a transparent background. The file content is checked: a renamed image or another format is refused. To change the logo, just upload a new one; tick Remove the logo to delete it.

A preview of the document header is shown at the top of the tab with the name, website and logo currently saved. Click Save: the customization applies to the documents you generate afterwards.

Your name, website and logo replace the platform's in the header and the watermark of the PDF documents generated for your projects: leases, receipts and invoices, reminders, inventories, accounting reports and per-unit summaries, direct debit and income documents. Document titles are prefixed with your name in brackets, for example [My Agency]. If you only set a name, the name is shown; if you only set a logo, the logo is shown alone.

The Hide Smartlife Properties branding on my documents box removes the platform's name, website and logo from the header: your documents show no brand at all. The platform logo then remains discreetly as a watermark. If you set your own name or logo, your branding already replaces the platform's: the box is only useful if you want no identity in the header.

The branding applied is that of the project owner, not of the person downloading the document. Members you invite to your projects (accountant, manager…) therefore generate documents in your image, with your logo. If you are a co-owner, the first owner with an active customization is used. Some documents, such as the lease for a booking received from an external platform (no project in the console), keep the Smartlife Properties brand.

The Return to Smartlife Properties branding button deletes your name, website, logo and the hide box: your documents go back to the platform header. If your account leaves the Premium plan, the customization is no longer applied but your settings are kept: they take effect again if you return to Premium.
